Wasn't exactly sure what vehicle I was going to purchase, but then I dealt with Karim at Spinelli Infiniti! My experience with Karim was exceptional and totally superior to any other. He is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells and that is important for someone that was not very familiar with the Inifiniti models. In addition, and most importantly, he did an amazing job trying to understand what 'I' was looking for, what my preferences were and ensuring that I was absolutely comfortable with my choice. His patience needs to be commended and he never made me feel rushed in making my final decision to purchase a car from him.
